Trained accounting groups to prepare long term cash flow projections and project valuations in connection with annual planning.

Prepared executive summary financial reports and strategy recommendations for each asset. Coordinated and prepare all board meeting financial materials for the Xanadu project.

Boymelgreen Properties (Africa-Israel) – Real estate syndication firm specializing in ownership and management of multi-unit luxury residential, retail, and commercial properties nationwide.

Fountainhead Construction, LLC – Development work for specializing in luxury residential, retail, and commercial properties in New York City totaling $285 million.

Meadowlands Xanadu/Jones Lang LaSalle – 2.5 million sf entertainment and retail project

Related Management

Assisted in management of 6 office properties (2.5 million sf) and 9 multifamily properties (1,200 units).

Responsibilities included establishing rent guidelines, reviewing and approving leases, approving capital projects, approving repair and maintenance projects and contracts, reviewing financial performance, negotiating financings, risk management, management of outside legal counsel, etc.

$225 million multifamily refinancing – Completed cash flow projections, negotiated and closed loan for 4 building portfolio in September 2005.

$400 million single office building refinancing – Completed cash flow projections and negotiated term sheets and loan documents.

Financing completed January 2007.

$145 million residential portfolio acquisition – Co-managed due diligence, coordinated evaluation of financing proposals and negotiation of $300 million acquisition loan, assisted in closing of acquisition and loan in 2003.

$18 million residential portfolio acquisition and financing – Co-Coordinated due diligence, and financing and closing January 2002.

Completed over 20 additional acquisitions and over 40 additional financing transactions.

Extensive experience in managing relationships with external professionals at each company.

Developed and maintained excellent working relationships with independent accountants and tax advisors, soliciting input when necessary related to proposed transactions.

Established and maintained excellent working relationships with numerous lenders.

Managed insurance advisors and providers to minimize insurance costs through understanding of market conditions, insured values, and use of competitive bids.

Coordinated electric, oil and gas purchases using energy consultants to understand market supply and competitive pricing, and energy consumption management through capital investments and use of incentive programs.
